Here at Healthcare on Collins the General Practitioners and the Primary Care Nurses are highly experienced and qualified immunisers who keep up to date with the administration procedures and the potential patient contraindications of the many and varied vaccines produced.

At Healthcare on Collins, we stock a full range of vaccines onsite including:

• Childhood vaccines
• All current COVID-19 vaccines
• Travel vaccines
• Seasonal vaccines such as the influenza vaccine
• The necessary employment vaccines (for example hepatitis B and tetanus)
• Pre-pregnancy and new parent vaccines such as whooping cough

At Healthcare on Collins we are an accredited centre for administering Yellow Fever Vaccinations and the Doctors hold individual accreditation for its administration.

As a Practice, we are accredited with Australian standards for the storage and administration of all vaccines. The fridges used to store all vaccines are monitored offsite and checked daily in-house to ensure the maintenance of the recommended temperature levels.

Several of the Doctors are also highly experienced in the field of Travel Medicine. For the patients’ convenience, most travel vaccines are also stored onsite and are readily available should you suddenly have to make an overseas trip!
