Casa Aviation Medical

Are you a commercial or recreational flyer in need of a CASA Class 1, 2 or 3 Aviation Medical? Look no further than Healthcare on Collins, where Dr. Duc Tran conducts these medicals for all types of flyers.

To begin the process, you’ll need to complete an online application prior to attending your appointment. Visit the CASA website to get started.

Class 1 and Class 3 applicants will also need to pay the CASA administration fee of $75.00 directly to CASA before attending their appointment, while Class 2 applicants may not need to pay at all, or may pay a reduced fee of $65.00.

For Class 1 and 3 initial medicals, you’ll need to schedule a 30-minute appointment with one of our Practice Nurses followed by a 45-minute appointment with Dr Tran.

Additionally, an Audiogram is required for these medicals. If you’re renewing a Class 1 or 3 medical, you’ll need to have an audiogram conducted every five years, which we can arrange for you at a nearby studio 45 minutes prior to your appointment with us.

If you wear contact lenses or glasses, be sure to bring your backup lenses or glasses to your appointment. These will need to be tested as well.

The cost for initial medicals for Class 1, 2, and 3 is $308.00, including GST, but excluding the CASA administration fee.
