The General and Allied Health Practitioners at Healthcare on Collins have years of experience in managing the health of patients with disorders that have occurred in the workplace. Not only are the Doctors here excellent in treating existing problems, but they are also well trained in the preventative aspects of Occupational Health Medicine. They work with many companies in performing pre-employment medicals or in engaging the supervisor in the employee’s care e.g. discussing appropriate work tasks and hours when returning to work.

Some of the Physiotherapists have post graduate training in Ergonomics. Knowing what to do when setting up employees’ workstations correctly has a significant effect in minimising the frequency of problems, such as back pain and headaches, that can arise from poor posture.
