At Healthcare on Collins we value feedback. All feedback is an opportunity to better ourselves in providing the best service. If the feedback is about an independant practitioner, it will be forwarded to them.
You are welcome to provide feedback using the contact us form. It will be received by the reception team and forwarded to the Business Manager, or to the Assistant Business Manager, in their absence.
All feedback, including complaints are reviewed within one business day. If it is about clinical matters, a clinical director will be involved. in reviewing the matter.
