All practitioners and the support team agree to comply with and uphold current standards and guidelines. We are fully aware of the independence and freedom of our independent health practitioners and ensure we choose like-minded individuals who share our common goals and ethos to work in this centre.

We are fortunate to be joined by many practitioners who have a large variety of skill sets and encourage formal (educational meetings) and informal (chatting in the tea-room) exchange of ideas to ensure excellent care of patients.

We get up in the morning to deliver the best care to patients walking through our doors. We believe that appropriate choice of individuals, skills and training are where it all starts but care for the patients and the team around them is what makes a significant difference. We are human and spend a lot of time at work, so we ensure we enjoy each other’s company, whether it is with simple jokes to lighten the mood or social events to make sure we see each other with time to chat and get to know each other better.

At Healthcare on Collins, all General Medical Practitioners have a post-graduate fellowship in General Practice (F.R.A.C.G.P.). Many of them have been involved in examining candidates for this fellowship. You can rest assured that you are in good hands.

To ensure we maintain excellent standards, our service undergoes a voluntary and extensive AGPAL accreditation every three years. We also have ongoing in-house education programs and encourage all health practitioners to keep up to date with external courses and conferences.

All allied health practitioners are highly experienced in their field(s). They include dietetics, myotherapy, physiotherapy, podiatry, psychology and the list keeps growing! This is complemented by modern equipment enabling more comprehensive treatment programs where the practitioner can empirically monitor the patient’s progress.

A team of compassionate experienced nurses is present Monday to Friday to provide primary care to you.

A large variety of medical specialties are represented by pecialists consulting within Healthcare on Collins, including allergy, gastroenterology, orthopaedic surgery and urology to name only a few. The list of services is available here.

We also have on-site pathology collection, and comprehensive radiology for your convenience.
